Fair path from Vinica to Žuniči

The fair path runs through the Kolpa Regional Park. In the past, this trail was used by people from surrounding villages and also neighbouring Croatia to lead livestock to the fair in Vinica. The traditional organized hike takes place every spring. The path runs along the river bank of the enchanting Kolpa River passing abandoned mills and sawmills. Part of it runs through villages and forests giving hikers an opportunity to admire the typical local landscape full of various natural and cultural sights.

  • Difficulty: Relatively easy. The path is virtually level, mostly passing through meadows and forests.
