The PolaBekeraj bistro with a concept is a breath of fresh air in the middle of the Črnomelj old city centre. They offer sourdough products, i.e. natural yeast products, which are even more tasty due to their production procedure, easily digestible due to fermentation and visually attractive. You can buy the products or learn to make them yourself.
Together with her baking partner Erik, Polona Klančnik hosts the “Sourdough Adventure”, the school of baking with natural yeast. They cooperate with the greatest experts, including scientists, bakers and passionate lovers of food. At the school, they host both Slovenian and foreign lecturers that share knowledge and spread it. Upon prior reservation, you can book your session, where you will get to know the process of baking with sourdough.
