Would you like to become a herbalist from Bela krajina for a day?
In the good hands of herbalists Anton and Minka, professor of chemistry, biology and home economics, you will learn about the coexistence of plants and people in the Bela kranjina herb garden near Gorjanci. You choose one of several herbal experiences, roll up your sleeves at the workshop, taste herbal cakes and drinks. More than 150 plants are cultivated in the organic garden - decorative, Mediterranean, honey, exotic and agricultural plants from Belokraj as well as vegetables, fruit and kitchen, aromatic, cultural and wild medicinal herbs.
You walk along the paths and meadows and feel the power and beauty of the herbs. After the ethnobotanical tour of the garden, the hosts will serve you refreshing herbal cakes and drinks in the pleasant shelter of the spruce grove.
The permaculture garden has many attractions that attract children - meadow plants and insects, a carpenter bee, a gnome hideout, snail shells, an anthill, a foxhole...
Wonderful souvenir photos can be taken in the garden and its surroundings.
Or you can opt for a longer herbal experience - a garden tour with a herbal workshop that can be cosmetic or culinary, medicinal or horticultural.
The price includes: conducting the workshop, use of equipment and consumption of raw materials, occasional useful gift.
