- classification in family, genus, description of the plant, peculiarities
- history of herb cultivation in Europe, herbs in the Bible, magic herbs...
- use of herbs for horticultural, phytotherapeutic, culinary, and cosmetic purposes
- gardening tasks and techniques: sowing, planting, mixed crops, crop rotation, good and bad neighbours, roofing, composting, etc.
- herbalism: harvesting, flower and seed collection, drying, talcum powder, storage...
- preparation of herbal preparations: teas, tea blends, macerates, tinctures, vinegars, liqueurs, wines, syrups, ointments, herbal salts, herbal pads, herbal bouquets...
