General definitions

Reservations for experiences on the website belakrajina.si are possible around the clock, which means that you can place your order whenever you want.

When making a reservation, the user must provide the following information:

Valid email address;
First name and last name;
Telephone number
Any comments (e.g. personal dietary preferences: vegetarian, vegan, various diets, etc.).

Accessibility of information

RIC Bela krajina undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

Contact information that allows quick and efficient communication with the user (email, telephone number);
Essential characteristics of experiences;
Accessibility of the Experiences (any service offered online should be available within a reasonable time frame);
Conditions for the performance of the experience (type, location, and duration of the experience);
All prices should be clearly and unambiguously stated if they include extra costs;
Payment method,
Period during which withdrawal from the contract is possible.

Prices

All prices are in euros (EUR), including VAT. Prices are valid at the time of ordering and have no pre-determined validity.

Special prices are always valid for the period specified at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to errors and changes in prices and texts.

Reservation

Reservation of experiences between RIC Bela krajina and the client is considered completed at the moment RIC Bela krajina sends the first e-mail confirming the order to the client. From that moment on, all prices and other conditions are agreed upon and apply to both RIC Bela krajina and the Customer.

The customer will also receive a copy of the order to the e-mail address.

Payment terms and conditions

RIC Bela krajina offers the following payment methods

At TIC Črnomelj, Ulica Staneta Rozmana 1, 8340 Črnomelj, payment is possible in cash or by credit/debit card
Pro forma invoice

Payment must be made 48 hours before the start of the experience.

Cancelation of the booking/refund

The customer may cancel the service free of charge no later than 48 hours before it is provided. In this case, we will fully refund the amount paid to the customer. If the customer cancels the service less than 48 hours before its provision, he/she is not entitled to a refund of the amount paid. The customer may be offered a voucher for the amount paid for the same service but on a different date.

RIC Bela krajina respects its users’ privacy and their/our right to confidentiality and protection of personal data. We undertake to protect all personal data that you, as a user, provide to book on the website. Personal data is provided voluntarily, processed, and stored according to the law. We collect personal data to respond efficiently, quickly, and correctly to customers' needs.
