This mountain lodge is located just beneath the Mirna gora’s summit in the south-eastern area of the Kočevski rog plateau, and in the direct vicinity of the St Francis Xavier’s church, which was an important factor in the naming of Mirna gora (“Peaceful Mountain”), Bela krajina’s highest peak. The Lipa Centre of School and Afterschool Activities is located in the village of Črmošnjice, which sits in the hilly and forested terrain at the foot of the Kočevski rog plateau. The Lipa Centre maintains an exceptionally strong connection to nature through engaging with the various nearby natural sights and by taking advantage of the numerous possibilities for recreational activities.
Among the meadows, fields and forests in the beautiful surroundings of the Kolpa river lies a small village of Radenci. The Radenci Centre of School and Afterschool Activities is situated in the Nature Park Kolpa, in the protected area of natural and cultural significance.
