Surrounded by nature, tranquillity, and intimacy, the Lan na Hribu Vineyard Cottage has been befriended by modernity and authenticity in its decoration and renovation. For your comfort and carefreeness, the cottage has been completely redesigned by young architects to ensure maximum comfort and carefreeness. For lovers of the original, we have preserved the original beams, where memories as old as 250 years are quietly and imperceptibly inscribed. Come and leave your story. We promise it will stay in the part of the old wall we left to give you a sense of what life in Bela Krajina was like in the past. During the day, you can relax and recharge your batteries on the private football pitch that is part of the estate. There is also a basketball hoop. There is a swing for the little ones. And for those of you who are still young at heart. When was the last time you relaxed and swung?
There is a large lawn in front of the cottage, where you can pitch your tents and spend the night camping. Outside, there's a summer kitchen, an outdoor barbecue and a fireplace, where you can conjure up culinary masterpieces, socialise, laugh and drink something homemade. We'll also provide you with fruit and grapes. All homemade, all ours, and all yours. What's better than home for home people? There's also a mini bar and a small shop selling homemade products and essentials.
Make use of the two large terraces while you enjoy your stay with us. One is an extension of the living room, which means that you can be in the comfort of your own home from breakfast onwards, but also in the fresh air. The other is a chance to relax, chat with a coffee and biscuits, read a book, or soak up the sun.
Two bicycles are available on request, so you can explore the surrounding area, wave to the warm-hearted locals, because that's what we are known for, and hospitality is in our DNA. A stone's throw away by car is the pearl of the south-eastern end of Slovenia - our Kolpa River, where you can swim, go rafting, or go boating.
The location of the cottage is very peaceful, intimate, and suitable for either socialising and having fun or resting your body and soul. Whatever you want. Go ahead, don't worry, you're (already) at home.
