“Kovačnica sreče” Holiday Home

“Kovačnica sreče” Holiday Home is located in the village of Griblje, only 500 metres from the Kolpa River. It has 3* according to the standard classification, and in 2016, they specialised as an accommodation facility for hikers and cyclists – 1 hiker, 1 cyclist.
From spring to late autumn, it opens its doors to families and other private groups who wish to spend careless or active vacations in Bela krajina. In other months, various trainings and workshops for personal and business growth take place – both for individuals and businesses.
The holiday home is actually a 100-year-old renovated blacksmith's shop. There is a lobby on the ground floor with a big table and open fireplace, a kitchen with a dining room and a bathroom with a shower and toilette. On the top floor, there are 3 rooms, a large covered terrace and a toilet.
There is a lawn in front of the building, suitable as a playground or for relaxation. Nearby, there is also an asphalt-covered village playground where children can play.
Under the canopy, where there used to be a place for tying horses, there is now a place to park two cars. Your bicycles and hiking equipment may be stored in a closed garage, which is also part of the building.
The village is located on the flattest part of Bela krajina, 10km from Metlika, 12km to Črnomelj and only 4km to the entrance of the Kolpa Landscape Park. For this reason, the “Kovačnica sreče” Holiday Home provides an excellent location for exploring both Bela krajina and nearby Croatia.
