“Fulanje” is a traditional Easter dish made from bread, eggs, smoked meat and spices. The ham and bread crumbs are covered with beaten eggs and topped off with parsley. From that, they form and bake a crispy loaf, which can be served as an individual dish or as a side dish. The dish tastes best in combination with a horseradish sauce.
