Anica Štublar, Dipl. ing. chem. tech.., certified herbalist and apitherapist, beekeeper, vineyard grower, enthusiast of nature, art, and peaceful home atmosphere. She comes from the village of Cerovec near Črešnjevec. Her father started working with bees. He found a swarm of bees in the forest and brought them home. With the help of a neighbour, he made his first beehive, and since then, they have had bees in the house. Currently, Anita's family keeps 50 colonies of bees. They have two apiaries and a few storage hives.
The semi-sweet honey wine is produced using a unique process from chestnut honey and grapes. It is produced entirely from their produce. In 2024, the wine was awarded the quality certificate and the Golden Goods of Slovenian Farms award.
