Vizir Brewery
The Vizir Brewery is a pioneer in the field of craft beer brewing in Slovenia. With the help of their own family company Mithraeum which produces equipment for breweries, they have built their own brewery and started discovering the world brewing. In their own brewery, they are now brewing very different and imaginative styles of beer. They produce bottom-fermenting beers (lager ) and top-fermenting beers (ale). In the latter, they explore different combinations of barley, wheat and hops. They pay particular attention to the choice of raw materials which are always of the highest quality. When choosing hops, they prefer very high quality Slovenian hops, and when they need a special aroma, they use aromatic hops from all over the world.
