Čredniška Trail

The Čredniška Trail leads you through former pasture and water sources of Poljanska Dolina. Start at the playground in the village of Stari Trg ob Kolpi, where there used to be livestock fairs. Take a look at the stone troughs for livestock watering, Peč Spring Cave, and the karst pond. Descend to the Kolpa Valley towards the villages of Kot and Prelesje and turn towards the village of Kovača Vas back to Stari Trg. On the trail to Sodevci, visit the Sodevci Karst Pond and the vantage point above the Kolpa River. Part of the trail leads you to the waterhole alongside the Kolpa River. Afterward, the trail climbs to the starting point.
