The traditional large Bela Krajina Farmhouse is more than 100 years old. It has two residential units, one on the ground floor, and the other on the upper floor, which is accessed by stairs.
There is a parking space for 4 cars in front of the house, and there is also a communal garage for motorbikes and bicycles.
The house features a beautifully landscaped garden and an unobstructed view of the beautiful Kolpa River.
The house can accommodate up to 10 people. On the ground floor, there is a large room with a double bed, two extra beds, wardrobes and a TV, a small bathroom, a kitchen and a terrace with a solid wooden table and benches, a garden, and a small table. The room and kitchen on the ground floor are decorated in a traditional style with a touch of modernity. The fully equipped kitchen includes a large fridge, microwave, stove, coffee machine, round table, and four chairs.
The upstairs part of the house consists of a porch with a patio, a large wooden table, and six chairs. The terrace offers a view of the Kolpa River and the surrounding area.
The upstairs interior includes an entrance hall, a larger bedroom with two double beds, a double sofa bed, an armchair, a rocker, and a TV, and a smaller bedroom with one double bed, a bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, a microwave, a stove, a coffee machine, and a table for six.
Free use of wi-fi. The upper floor is air-conditioned and the lower floor has thick stone walls to keep the temperature comfortable. There is also a bike room in the lower part of the house. The garden with an old apple tree is set back from the main road, offering children a safe place to play and socialize. The Kolpa River is 100 m from the bungalow. In addition to swimming, the Kolpa River is also open for rafting and boating, and the surrounding area offers many opportunities for cycling, jogging, recreation, and hiking.
