Luxury Residence Metlika is a modernly furnished apartment of 66 m2, in the old centre of Metlika. It occupies the ground floor of the building, accommodates 4 people, and has a separate entrance and terrace. Inside the apartment, is a large bedroom, a living room with a wellness area a kitchenette, and a bathroom. The bedroom is furnished for 2 persons with a double bed, a large wardrobe for belongings, and bedside tables, and is separated from the central part by a door. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave, toaster, kettle, and everything you need for cooking. The sofa is sofa sleeper where 2 people can sleep. In the central area, there is a kitchen table with a view of the TV, which comes with a PlayStation 5. In the wellness area, there is a 5-person sauna with Finnish and infrared sauna and a 5-person jacuzzi with a view of the TV. There is a relaxation area with a sun lounger right next to the jacuzzi, and towels and bathrobes are available for use. The bathroom is separated by a door and has facilities for toilet, shower, and personal hygiene, as well as a separate area with a washing machine, a clothes iron, drying and ironing rack, a hairdryer, and a floor mop for use during your stay. Outside the apartment, there is a terrace where smoking is allowed, and opposite the apartment, there is a municipal car park where you can leave your car. Breakfast is available upon request, pets are not allowed.
