The Žagar Tourist Farm can be found in the village of Damelj, which lies in the heart of the Kolpa Landscape Park.
Guests can enjoy homemade bread, cured meats, buckwheat, lamb, or suckling pig from the wood-burning oven. The delicacies can be washed down with a glass of wine, while non-alcoholic drink lovers will be particularly impressed by the homemade apple juice. Homemade brandy and liqueurs made according to old recipes are also delicious. By prior arrangement, individuals or groups of up to fifty people are welcome for Sunday lunches or celebrations.
Just a hundred meters from the farm, a calm and warm Kolpa River flows by, where one of the most picturesque natural baths is located. They rent rafting boats and organize rafting down the Kolpa River, which guests should not miss if they want to feel the magic of the river, as it will be an unforgettable memory.
