Pretzel baking workshop and ethno museum tour on wool, flax and hemp processing
A workshop on baking Belokranjska Pogača or Črnomlej Pretzel through a journey of Bela Krajina cuisine.
In the old town centre of Črnomelj, traditional pretzels are kneaded, shaped, and baked on a 200-year-old table. In between, while the dough for the pretzels rests, we take a time-travelling tour of the ethno museum, using authentic devices from our ancestors, to learn about the processing of wool, flax, and hemp. You are also invited to try your hand at this handicraft steeped in centuries of history. I am always happy to share my experience, knowledge, energy, authenticity, and sincerity in presenting the landscape, its ancestral traditions, and traditions. I speak and tell stories from the heart, and this love for Bela Krajina and my work is palpable. That is why I can assure you that you will not leave my workshop indifferent. You will get to know Bela krajina through me, the wonderful products in my boutique, and the culinary products. Booking is required for the workshop.

Belokranjsko izročilo
Galerija Belokranjsko izročilo se nahaja v starem mestnem jedru Črnomlja. V galeriji gostujejo različne umetniške razstave, hkrati pa je to prostor prodaje izdelkov belokranjskih mojstrov domače in umetnostne obrti. Tukaj lahko kupite tudi med in medene izdelke lastne proizvodnje, 'Črnomaljsko presto', različna naravna mila ter se udeležite delavnic in tečajev.
