Black Royal, located in the village of Desinec, on the farm Šuklje, has its herd of Aberdeen Angus cows with pedigrees exclusively for calving.
The calves are fattened for up to 3 years, as this breed needs a lot of care, time, and proper feeding for their meat to reach the perfect succulence, tenderness, and marbling, which is very important to achieve a high-quality product.
The quality certificate was awarded for:
