Vidic Farm
Vidic Farm produces different varieties of chilli. They are presented to the public under the brand name Chilli Rosa. All the chillies are grown from their own seeds. The chillies are used to make a variety of hot sauces (from non-hot to very hot) and pickled chillies. All other vegetables are also grown on their own farm for the purpose of making chilli sauces. All production and processing takes place on the home farm in Rosalnice.
The quality label has been awarded for the following products:
- chilli Rosa 'Classic' hot sauce
- chilli Rosa 'Holly Smoke' hot sauce
- chilli Rosa 'Green' hot sauce
- pickled chilli 'Lemon drop'
- pickled chilli 'Habanero'
- pickled chilli 'Jalapeno'
All chilli products are free from artificial preservatives, gluten-free and suitable for vegans. The products are available all year round.
