Blaufränkisch Juice is a boutique family project of the members of the farm of the Jurkov in Bušinja Vas. The juice is made exclusively from Blaufränkisch juice, for which they have also obtained the quality certificate. After planting a new vineyard in 2012, they have focused on producing/processing grape juice exclusively from Blaufränkisch grapes. They saw in the juice the possibility of offering a small quantity of unique juice to consumers who put composition and quality first. The juice is produced exclusively from Blaufränkisch grapes. Great care is taken to ensure that the grapes processed into the juice are completely healthy. During the ripening of the grapes themselves, it is necessary to monitor the ratio of sugars to acids before harvesting. This ensures that the juice is harmonious. As a final step in processing, attention is focused on rapid and correct pasteurisation, which preserves the juice's beautiful fruity roundness.
