Škof wines come from the wine-growing village of Boldraž. They currently cultivate 4.5 hectares of vineyards in the 'Slatine' and 'Radovica' wine-growing areas. Integrated production is included.

They have always produced classic local wines such as Belokranjec PTP and Metliška Črnina PTP. A few years ago, they increased the range of varietal wines, especially with Blaufränkisch, Portugieser, Portugais rouge and Muscat. Since 2017, some of the wines have also been kept in handmade amphorae from Georgia, which are buried in the ground. Such wine is aged in original Georgian amphorae in which it is cherished for six months. The amphora gives the wine its characteristic aroma and orange colour.

Since 2013, the farm has also been fruit-oriented, with 1 ha of aronia plantations. Aronia is rich in anthocyanins, procyanidins, flavonols, and phenolic acids. It is mainly used to produce 100% natural juice, tea, and sweet liqueur. The juice is pasteurised only, without additives or preservatives. Aronia is the first among all berries and other fruits currently studied in terms of antioxidant content. Aronia juice is therefore the largest source of antioxidants in nature and can be consumed daily.

Pumpkin seed oil is prepared from the seeds of the indigenous 'Slovenska golica' variety. The oil is rich in vitamins and minerals and delta-7-sterols. The oil is used in the preparation of salads, dishes, and desserts. The oil is produced using the traditional warm pressing process. It is recommended to keep it in a dark and cool place.
