Ma&Ja is a modern apartment in the quiet and peaceful wine-growing village of Grabrovec above Metlika, which is located at the St. Urban Trail. The apartment is suited for 4 persons and welcomes everyone, from the youngest to the oldest, as well as pets. It has a large terrace with a view of the vineyard, orchard, and Metlika. There is a big table with chairs and an umbrella as well as a heated Finnish hot tub on the terrace. There is a big and high-marital bed in the bedroom. A living room with an expandable sofa is combined with a modern kitchen and a dining room. There is a shower in the bathroom, a hair dryer, towels, and bathrobes. The apartment is air-conditioned and floor-heated heated, has free Wi-Fi and a satellite TV. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, a freezer refrigerator, an induction plate, a dishwasher, and a microwave oven. Outside, you will find a swing for the little ones, and an outdoor fireplace, whereas a room for 30 people for parties, meetings, and other events is located in the basement. A parking space and bicycle rental are also available. Guests will receive a welcome drink and a bottle of their homemade wine.
In 2019, the apartment was renovated and equipped with all the newest accessories and supplies for a peaceful vacation. It has a large terrace with a view of nature and a Finnish hot tub for relaxation. There is also a fireplace outside in addition to a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. It is located in a quiet wine-growing village above Metlika.
