Šokec Homestead
The Šokec Homestead is a traditional farmhouse, which has been transformed into a museum, where the memory of the olden times lives in every corner. The preserved objects conjure up the spirit of nostalgia and the brick oven paints a picture of a family spending cosy and warm evenings at the fire. Those among you who are interested in old traditions can experience the displays of flax beating, painting easter eggs, making felt out of wool, cloth weaving, weaving baskets and decorative bottle weaving.
