On 965 meters it lies beneath Pogorelec Hill It is the only bigger ski resort in the area and is a popular observation and excursion point for the inhabitants of Dolenjska and Bela krajina. Summer in Gače

Gače Ski Resort is also interesting in summer. Hiking through Kočevski Rog, cycling on new diverse cycling routes, with the possibility to rent e-bikes, a new adventure park, and excellent culinary offer on the Gače terrace.

The ski resort has on the 2800-meter course the possibility for Super Giant Slalom, with a high difference of 550 meters, and excellent conditions for night skiing. The ski resort has a three-seat lift and five ski lifts with a capacity of 5400 skiers per hour.
