Greek Catholic Church of Sts Cyril and Methodius
The Church of Sts Cyril and Methodius in Metlika is one of two Greek Catholic churches in Slovenia. The other, St. Svetica with a cemetery, is located in Drage near Suhor. The church was built in 1903 and can accommodate about 50 people. The Greek Catholic priest here is the only Slovenian iconographer. He has had dozens of exhibitions around Slovenia and the world.
